Description
The attached Portfile.diff updates the relax packaging to the new 1.3.9 release and contains a depends_lib on port:py26-wxpython to support the new graphic interface to relax. This can be tested with...
relax -g
This packaging also adds support for port test phase for the relax build. Note that I would have switched relax to python27 but we don't have a py27-wxpython at the moment.

Updated this ticket to upgrade the current relax packaging to version 1.3.10. Note that you need to have the updated packaging
for pymol (ticket 29345) installed to allow relax to find the pymol_path when loading the pymol module. Also, this packaging requires
the updated wxWidgets-python and py26-wxpython packaging (tickets 29389 and 29390) since relax's gui support requires the 2.8.12.0
release. Note that this support can be tested by executing relax as 'relax -g'.
