twain-sane @2.5_1 Warning: violation by /Library/Image Capture

Trying to install twain-sane @2.5_1, I got:

--->  Staging twain-sane into destroot
Warning: violation by /Library/Image Capture
Warning: twain-sane violates the layout of the ports-filesystems!
Warning: Please fix or indicate this misbehavior (if it is intended), it will be an error in future releases!
--->  Installing twain-sane @2.5_1
--->  Activating twain-sane @2.5_1

So I:

$ sudo port -f uninstall installed
$ sudo port clean --work --archive all
$ sudo rm -rf /opt
$ rm -rf ~/.macports/

Then I downloaded and installed:

http://distfiles.macports.org/MacPorts/MacPorts-1.9.2-10.6-SnowLeopard.dmg

And then I:

$ sudo port -v selfupdate
$ sudo port install twain-sane

With the same warnings as above.
