xattr-0.1

This utility was introduced in the Ars Technica review of Tiger. It uses Xcode. I haven't written a portfile in a while, so this should probably be checked. For example, it should only be built on 10.4 (though I haven't enforced it).

problem is, that distfile has no version string, so there always will be checksum problems - either we copy a versioned distfile to opendarwin or - better - bug the original authors to add a version number to their file(s).

I've just created our own versioned tarball of the sources and placed them on www.opendarwin.org; commited & fixed;
