pgAdmin3 @1.12.3 +with_postgresql84 fails, wanting postgresql90 file

This command:

sudo port install pgAdmin3 +with_postgresql84

correctly caused postgresql84 +universal to install, but then failed to install pgAdmin3 because it's looking for a 9.0 file: /opt/local/lib/postgresql90/libpq.dylib
