org.macports.logrotate.plist shouldn't be executable

Description

org.macports.logrotate.plist is executable, while it shouldn't (it's just a plist file, not a shell script). I suppose this problem comes from the 755 here: 

        xinstall -m 755 ${destroot}${prefix}/share/${name}/org.macports.logrotate.plist.example \
            ${destroot}${prefix}/etc/LaunchDaemons/org.macports.logrotate/org.macports.logrotate.plist
