Description

version update to ipe-7.1.1

Patch files are no longer needed.

For a convenient app bundle that recognizes ipe-associated file types (and for setting the PATH), this port requires the files Info.plist.in, ipe.ico, ipeeps.ico, ipexml.ico.

Note that this fixes #30540, and makes #31028 obsolete.
