These patches allow claws-mail to build with gtk2+quartz.

I'm currently listed as the only maintainer (besides "openmaintainer") of this port, but I don't use claws-mail on Mac OS any more (at home I now only run Linux on an AMD PC, still using claws-mail, and at work I use Thunderbird under Linux and Mac OS).

rudloff: do you want to replace me in the maintainers list?

MacPorts administrators: please remove me from the maintainers list!

I have updated the portfile so it does not need patch-src-main.c.diff anymore.

I made this patch in order to test Claws, but I don't really like it so don't think I would maintain it, sorry.
