glade3 +quartz variant doesn't build

Description

Currently the glade3 +quartz variant is disabled since ige-mac-integration is broken on 64-bit platforms due to its use of Carbon. This patch switches the dependency from ige-mac-integration to gtk-osx-application, and fixes the corresponding files. This is a bit rough, but it works. However I am not expert enough with macports to have patches applied automatically :-(
