Description
Would someone consider packaging:
- CCExtractor -- http://ccextractor.sourceforge.net
A tool that analyzes US video transport stream files (DVD and ATSC television) and produces subtitle files from closed captioning data.
This is now a powerful tool that produces high-quality results.
