Description
Since bumping an old ticket (#32445) doesn't seem to gather any attention, let me try this again with a new ticket.
Attached is the diff for the ncdc Portfile to upgrade from the current version in MacPorts (1.5) to the latest stable (1.10). Tested on Lion.

Thanks. Committed in r92996. I verified it builds and seems to run on Snow Leopard.
