gimp2: needs revbump for recent libffi update

Description

I tried to install gimp, but if failed when it got to icns-gimp. I tried installing icns-gimp itself and it failed. Any advice would be helpful. Thanks!

The log says: 

:info:build dyld: Library not loaded: /opt/local/lib/libffi.5.dylib
:info:build   Referenced from: /opt/local/bin/gimptool-2.0
:info:build   Reason: image not found

So whatever port provides gimptool-2.0 evidently needs a revbump (and rebuild) following the recent libffi upgrade. What does "port provides /opt/local/bin/gimptool-2.0" say?

so what's the solution? I've also got a busted Gimp install here.
