py-mayavi: Update from py-traitsgui to py-traitsui

I think the py-mayavi portfiles need to be updated to change their dependence on py-traitsgui to py-traitsui. py-traitsgui fails to install with the following message (from appropriate main.log file):
:error:configure Please do not install this port since it has been replaced by py-traitsui

I encountered other packages that dependencies of py-mayavi that also depend on py-traitsui. Therefore I've added a list of all the ports that depend on py-traitsgui and need to be updated:
- py-apptools
- py-envisageplugins
- py-mayavi

The patch in #33242 should resolve this issue. I'm testing that now.
