You did not attach the main.log file so we cannot know for sure, but this seems like a duplicate of #35336. See wiki:ProblemHotlist#xcode-eula .

    11I tried to installed wine using macport so I can run .exe files, but I got the following error. Someone please help me! (My macbook pro is running mountain lion, and I strictly followed the instruction here: http://www.davidbaumgold.com/tutorials/wine-mac/#will-it-work).
