This is with the cairo/pango/gtk2 stack built +quartz -x11.

Closing as invalid: as stated above seahorse doesn't support +quartz builds.

Then you're going to have to reinstall the cairo/pango/gtk2 stack -quartz +x11 because seahorse evidently requires that.
