Description

This patch updates rebar to proper version 2.0.0 and also installs documentation files. May I commit it?

The tarball also includes rebar.config and rebar.config.sample; maybe we want to install one or both of those as well?

Looks great, please commit. A example for a rebar.config would be great too.

Do you know into what directory we would want to copy the sample config file? (Where would rebar look for the real config file?) ${prefix}/etc/${name}? ${prefix}/share/examples/${name}? Elsewhere?

I would provide it in ${prefix}/share/examples/rebar
