Since we have so many other ports now using conflicts_build already, I committed this change in r99393.

The patch works fine but you'll get some strange errors if you use "port lint" (due to bugs in "port lint"). To avoid this, you might want to wait to commit this until a newer version of MacPorts is released that includes r97367.
