Lilypond 2.16 stated as incompatible with OS X 10.7 and 10.8, unlike stated on Lilypond website

Description
Macports won't install lilypond under OS X 10.7 or 10.8 because older versions of lilypond where not fully working (command line was, but not the Mac-specific GUI). As stated on Lilypond website (and tested from lilypond pre-compiled binaires), 2.16 is fully working with these OS X versions

lilypond-devel has not that limitation

Now allowing build on Lion r97877. Clang is blacklisted, so a Lion install with only Clang probably won't get very far.
