The reason is that fuse4x-framework-0.9.1_0.darwin_12.x86_64.tbz2 is not found in ​http://packages.macports.org/fuse4x-framework, which is written in port script.

That message only means that MacPorts was unable to find a binary package for this port at packages.macports.org, which is to be expected since we are not yet distributing binary packages for Mountain Lion.

If it's also failing to build, that message doesn't have anything to do with it; please post the full logfile.

It was a compile error introduced in the latest clang. The error was fixed in upstream ​https://github.com/fuse4x/framework/commit/ff5ebb06b29bd962b4e9bbc17f9a8c7b8dcbd67e
