Description
The installed version of Xcode (3.2.2) is too old to use on the installed OS version. Version 4.1 or later is recommended on Mac OS X 10.7.

If that's the error message you're getting, then you need to upgrade your Xcode. Xcode 3 is not compatible with OS X 10.7 Lion. The current version of Xcode for Lion is 4.5.1. You can get Xcode from the App Store. Alternately, you can download Xcode from the Apple Developer Connection.
