This can be fixed by the patches currently only enabled in the glib2_devel variant. Maybe upstream has an update available fixing this, too?

@ryandesign: It appears the last update of the glib2 port causes gobject-introspection to not build anymore. Any ideas?

Sorry my ignorance, but what should I do now? port selfupdate and install gobject-introspection ?? if so, that's not working. Thanks.

Yes, but if you're using rsync for port updates (which you are unless you've changed the defaults) then as always you'll need to wait until the rsync server syncs with the subversion server. The master rsync server synchronizes with subversion every 30 minutes.

I haven't had success with this, I've been selfupdating since yesterday, cleaning and installing but nothing has changed. Anybody is experiencing the same?

For me it's OK. This morning I just clean gobject-introspection, after I do a selfupdate and install gobject-introspection and it's succesful.

That was it, since I got this problem installing gnuplot I was cleaning gnuplot, my bad. Now it's working, thank you all.
