Description: Latex-Mk is a set of makefile fragments and shell scripts designed to assist in the management of LaTeX documents. The user creates a simple Makefile which sets up a few simple variables and then includes the latex.mk fragment at the end.

commited, thanks. Added yourself as maintainer - we got enough "stray" ports.
Should this depend on the latex port?

Maybe. I didn't add latex to the dependency because people using this package must be aware that they need latex. But I think making this explicitly depend on latex would be good.
