webkit-gtk @2.0.4 build failure

When trying to install gimp @2.8.6 I received a build error for webkit-gtk so I tried to install it by itself and still got the error.

$ sudo port install webkit-gtk

Error: org.macports.build for port webkit-gtk returned: command execution failed

I have Xcode Version 4.6.3 (4H1503) and it's command line tools installed. I just installed those today (July 27, 2013). My mac is running 10.8.4.

Please run sudo port clean webkit-gtk && sudo port install webkit-gtk and attach main.log if it fails again.

This port also fails here, on OS X 10.6.8 and XCode 3.2.6, as well. Clean and install still gives error:

/usr/include/libkern/i386/_OSByteOrder.h:49: syntax error, unexpected '{', expecting ',' or ';' in '{' at '{'

Does changing --enable-introspection to --disable-introspection in the portfile help?

I ask because a lot of people are having problems with webkit-gtk: #39598
