Description 

Local-Admins-MacBook-Pro:~ root# port -v livecheck serf1
serf1 seems to have been updated (port version: 1.2.1, new version: 1.3.0)

Apparently 1.3.0 has important bug fixes. They also switched the build system to scons and have removed all autotools files, which might be kind of annoying...

Fixed in r108691. Bumped subversion* in r108692 to force rebuild to deal with dylib rename.

Note that the port now has no universal variant.
