I wanted to revbump relax just to make sure that it still worked with py27-wxpython-3.0 when I noticed that the software has recently been upgraded to version 3.0.0.

I'm attaching a patch that does the upgrade and also addresses #38535 (kind-of: the port would also need to be renamed to py-relax for proper support) and #38533, while it would be best if maintainer would check #37268.

The port didn't compile on the buildbot due to a problem with pymol (see also #38516):

I'm temporarily reopening the ticket until everything builds properly.

OK, nonsense. I'm closing it again. I don't see any way to properly build pymol which fails due to Tcl being built with +corefoundation.
