Description

With 10.9 CVS has been removed from the base. Unfortunately the Macports version behaves slightly differently to the FreeBSD version which was in base.

This patch adds a variant to have the same hack as FreeBSD where it uses ssh as the default rsh program.

Oops, I was tested CVS inside the portdir and forgot to clean up completely :)
