Updated GtkEveMon to use version 1.9. Patch to Portfile is attached.

Thanks. Some observations:

• I see the distfile is now on bitbucket. Consider using the bitbucket-1.0 portgroup; it may simplify the port
• "extract.suffix .tar.gz" is unnecessary; that's the default
• I see you've added yourself as maintainer; has the current maintainer agreed to that?

• Thanks for the tip about the bitbucket-1.0 portgroup. I tried using that but it ended up being a few lines longer than this version because the bitbucket setup is a bit atypical.
• I removed the "extract.suffix".
• Actually no. I asked on the IRC channel on what to do because I want to participate in this port and I've had communication with the developer of the program. They told me to add myself if I wanted to help out and add patches.
