VirtualBox @4.2.16_0 fails to configure on Marvericks

Description

This is newer VirtualBox from #41392. 

$ port outdated |grep virtualbox
virtualbox                     4.2.16_0 < 4.2.16_0  (platform darwin 11 != darwin 13)

Then, 

$ sudo port clean --all virtualbox && sudo port upgrade virtualbox
[snip]
--->  Configuring virtualbox
Error: org.macports.configure for port virtualbox returned: configure failure: command execution failed

This is due to failing to determine Darwin version.
