I didn't try under former version, but Denemo doesn't build under OS X 10.9 (there is no maintainer).

after a sudo port clean denemo and a new sudo port install denemo, here is the new log file

Ah, this is an incompatibility with glib 2.32 and later. We fixed most other ports affected by this issue a long time ago. The port is out of date; the current version is 1.1. Perhaps updating the port to that version will already include a fix for this issue.
