argus-clients @3.0.6 port update

The attached diff updates argus-clients to version 3.0.6. I also made SASL inclusion a default variant so it can be disabled if desired. Tested on OS X 10.6.8 with xcode 3.2.6 and OS X 10.9.1 with xcode 5.0.2.

Thanks. Note the following however:

• openmaintainer is not a valid email, please do not Cc that address.
• The revision line needs to be removed as with all version upgrades.
• A sha256 checksum should be added, and the md5 and sha1 checksums can be removed unless upstream provides those for verification.
• Why do you create a variant for sasl? Is there some reason not to always have cyrus-sasl compatibility?

Sorry for the newb errors with emails, etc. I have updated the patch without the revision line, and included a sha256. The upstream does provide a md5.

I created a variant for sasl because the documentation from the project doesn't really address sasl configuration for just getting up and running. For example, using the sasl enabled argus/argus-clients from macports and following the directions for setting up probes and clients from the project wiki (​http://nsmwiki.org/index.php?title=Argus) results in a SASL error, because SASL configuration is not covered. For someone wanting to play with it for a bit before getting into SASL configuration, disabling the SASL option results in a working install. SASL is still enabled by default, but can be optionally disabled. Just my opinion though, so if you want it the way it was (no variant) then I can do that too.

Thanks for the updates. Let's wait for the maintainer to respond about the sasl variant. If there is no response in 3 days, we can commit it with the variant.
