xemacs-21.4.22_9 build fails with texinfo 5.2

Description
The build of xemacs-21.4.22_9 fails when version 5.2 of the texinfo port is also installed. The newer version of makeinfo takes exception to some of the .texi files. A patch for the offending texi files can be found at: http://tracker.xemacs.org/XEmacs/its/issue859.
The default version of makeinfo (in /usr/bin) on OS X 10.9 is 4.8. When texinfo 5.2 is installed, the version of makeinfo (in /opt/local/bin) is 5.2.
