emacs-app: apply patch against distnoted leak

Reported by: akimd (Akim Demaille) Owned by: humem (humem)
Priority: Normal Milestone:
Component: ports Version: 2.2.1

Port: emacs-app

On my Mavericks, I face the issue describe in various places (, the current version of Emacs causes distnoted to eat a lot of CPU (100% of a core), and a lot of RAM (1.5GB+). Someone posted a patch here:

According to this page, this very patch will be part of 24.4. In the meanwhile, it would be really nice if MacPorts' emacs-app could apply the fix locally.

I've just attached a modified version of the patch to fix #43399. Can somebody have a look at this? It's adopted from emacs' bar repo, but I don't know much about emacs internals.
