openjade is missing some files on installation

Description

OpenJade needs some *.dsl files which includes in distributed file. But those are not installed by Portfile, so that application does not work well.

Assign this to myself. I did the 1.3.2 upgrade, so I'll deal with this (I've applied the changes and am currently building it).
