clustalx 2.1, build error — at Initial Version

Description

I have a fresh install of macports. I did "sudo port install clustalx", got: Error: org.macports.build for port clustalx returned: command execution failed Please see the log file for port clustalx for details:

/opt/local/var/macports/logs/_opt_local_var_macports_sources_rsync.macports.org_release_tarballs_ports_science_clustalx/clustalx/main.log
