Description
SUMO comes with a large number of utility programs and some python libraries. The current Portfile does not install these. Install utility programs in the MacPorts bin/ directory using a "sumo-" prefix and convert program names with underscores to dashes for consistency. Install python libraries in the python27 library directory used by MacPorts borrowing code and techniques from the grass Portfile.

The homepage should not be changed because sumo-sim.org appears to be the canonical URL.
The master_sites should not be changed because they are written as they are to avoid http redirects.

The homepage should not be changed because sumo-sim.org appears to be the canonical URL.
The master_sites should not be changed because they are written as they are to avoid http redirects.
Not sure why I make those changes other than to make it look "simpler". New patches have just been posted to revert homepage and master_sites values.

New Portfile.diff adds in traceExporter.py (installed as sumo-traceExporter) which was left out of the installation.
