ld64-236.3_1+llvm31 build failed OS 10.6.8 Darwin 10.8.0 Xcode 3.2

I performed a sudo port update outdated and ld64 wouldn't build.

I've attached the log files but the part that appears relevant is:

The relevant part of the log is actually:
