Description
After having hand configured my first MacPorts install of apache24-devel 2.4.9, decided to be a bit more methodical the second time around. The attached patch does two things:
1) It installs httpd.conf from httpd.conf.orig, if not present (httpd will not start without it. Modified version from the apache2 Portfile)
2) Fixes an issue in httpd.conf where the slotmem_shm_module is not loaded, also preventing startup
