Description

db46 is a dependency of py27-numpy; however, db46 does not appear in macports

The Priority field is for use by Macports team members only.

The db46 port definitely exists. 

$ port installed db46 py27-numpy
The following ports are currently installed:
  db46 @4.6.21_9 (active)
  py27-numpy @1.8.1_0+atlas+gcc48 (active)

Since Trac is not for tech support, follow-up on the ​Macports Users mailing list for support in debugging the problem on your system. My guess is that your version of port is not up to date, but you have provided no information to debug the problem.
