atlas @3.10.2_0 +gcc48 has error in fetch phase

Description

I get an error when installing atlas. The installation process is able to continue, though.

sudo port install atlas +gcc48

Thanks. I had inadvertently deleted the atlas line in the master_site line. It's fixed in r122649.
