graphviz: configure failed

When porting gnuradio on OSX 10.9.4 (Xcode 5.1.1, XQuartz 2.7.5) it fails to configure. Get the following error:

Error: Failed to configure graphviz, consult /opt/local/var/macports/build/_opt_local_var_macports_sources_rsync.macports.org_release_tarballs_ports_graphics_graphviz/graphviz/work/graphviz-2.38.0/config.log
Error: org.macports.configure for port graphviz returned: configure failure: command execution failed
Error: Failed to install graphviz

Can you provide the main.log file please? Otherwise I have nothing to go on here; graphviz builds fine for me.
