Description
(lib)webp has been updated to version 0.4.1.
Google has moved the repo to https://chromium.googlesource.com/webm/libwebp/. What's more, the tarball needs extract.mkdir and use_autoreconf to configure and build. Also adjusted livecheck.

Updated in r125146. I used a different distfile that did not require changing distname, creating the enclosing directory, nor running autoreconf.
