Description
This patch updates lighttpd to the latest version, 1.3.16. It also installs a sample lighttpd.conf file to make things more usable after installing lighttpd. The most important difference between this config file and the default config file (other than path changes) is the addition of:
server.event-handler = "freebsd-kqueue"
Without this line, fastcgi will make lighttpd crash and burn everytime under OS X.
The patch also instals a startup item.
