Could mupdf be updated to the latest version (1.7 as of writing)?

The libmujs bit is strange. Is that library intended for other programs to use? If not, does mupdf not statically link it at build time? Why should we install it to ${prefix}/lib?

LGTM, should we delete the Makefile patch, too (since you removed it from the patchfiles)?
EDIT: the MuPDF folks updated the version and moved the 1.7 source away. The latest version now seems to be 1.7a.
