Description
Update qemu to version 2.3.0, which was released on April 27th, 2015.
Provided patch re-enables the gtk2 variant and adds a new sdl2 variant.

Did you had a chance to test the +gtk2 variant? While it might build now, it did not work for me the last time I tried due to assumptions (#ifdef blocks) that the output device would always be Cocoa on OS X.

Output seems to work now with the gtk2 variant, but input capture does not seem to work ('unknown keycodes `empty_aliases(qwerty)', please report to qemu-devel@…').
Might be safer to leave the gtk2 variant commented out.

Committed update to 2.3.0 in r137192.
I disabled all of +gtk2, +gtk3, +sdl2 since I could not get them working for various reasons as documented in the Portfile.
Update to qemu-2.3.0; re-enable gtk2 variant; add sdl2 variant
