Description

Add a stub port for py-omfit . Note that OMFIT is still under heavy development and does not yet install itself in the usual way for a python package. But this stub port would allow the simple indication and installation of the prerequisites for OMFIT. Portfile is attached.

I should add that this port depends on port submissions in #47946, #47872, #47943, #47941.
