py-stfio @0.14.10_0: import fails if py-matplotlib is not installed

Reported by: larryv (Lawrence Velázquez) Owned by: neurodroid (Christoph Schmidt-Hieber)
Priority: Normal Milestone:
Component: ports Version: 2.3.3
Keywords: Cc:
Port: py-stfio

Description

I’ve reported this upstream (https://github.com/neurodroid/stimfit/issues/21), but the failure is still an issue at the moment. Perhaps it would be best to add a dependency on py-matplotlib.

Fixed upstream. See attached patches to both stimfit and py-stfio (both are using the same source).
