GASNet @1.24.0_0+gcc5+mpich: build fails due to wrong CXX

Looks like the build should be using mpicxx, but it isn’t.

The attached patch​ fixes the build for me, but I’m not sure that it doesn’t have any unintended side-effects. The compilers-1.0 and mpi-1.0 portgroups are quite opaque.
