Description
As noted in the 1.2.2 release blog post, http://opam.ocaml.org/blog/opam-1-2-2-release/, there is a fix for https://github.com/ocaml/opam/issues/2077 in 1.2.2 which is highly relevant to Mac.
As such, I'd like to upgrade the Macports version to 1.2.2 so that opam invocation times aren't so awful.
