Update jpegoptim to 1.4.3

Any interest in updating this port from 1.2.4 to the latest release (1.4.3)? I was able to do it with a local portfile, but I had to change destroot.destdir INSTALL_ROOT=${destroot} to destroot.destdir DESTDIR=${destroot} in the Portfile for it to work ("INSTALL_ROOT" is no longer recognized by the jpegoptim configuration, replaced with "DESTDIR").

I've attached an updated Portfile (with new destdir and checksums for 1.4.3).

If DESTDIR is the new variable, then you can drop it completely because DESTDIR is the default way of doing this.

Thanks! The revision line should be deleted because it starts at 0 when increasing the version and that is the default value.
