Description

pytables 3.2 has a known bug that is causing a crash in some cases. I spent a while trying to figure out why pandas was crashing when saving to hdf5, and apparently, this is the cause: ​http://hdf-forum.184993.n3.nabble.com/ANN-PyTables-3-2-1-released-td4028147.html Please update the pytables port to 3.2.1 to fix this.

Updated Portfile and patch are committed in r139337. Works for me.
