Consider updating xrootd to the latest version, 4.2.2.

I have intentionally so far, stuck on the 3.X series as this is the series used at CERN with ROOT, we have not yet move to the 4.x series. So for consistency I have such with what I know works. Last time I tried ROOT 5 had problems with the 4.x series.

I will take another look sometime though, and will fix the live check...
